I’m not crafty at all—can I actually make a full wall hanging in two hours?
Absolutely! Macramé relies on repeating simple knotting techniques rather than complex tool work. We walk you through three foundational knots step-by-step, and you’ll leave with a beautiful, finished piece ready to hang on your wall.
What materials will I get to work with?
We provide everything: natural cotton cord in various seasonal colors, a wooden dowel, and all the tools you need to comb out a finished fringe.
Is it easy to hold a drink or eat food while macramé-ing?
Yes! Once you get into the rhythm of the knots, macramé is a wonderfully relaxed craft. You can easily set your cords down between knot sections to take a sip, grab a bite from the venue, or chat with friends.
Can I customize my design or cord colors?
Definitely! You can choose your preferred cord color at check-in, and while we guide you through a set pattern, you are always welcome to adjust fringe lengths, add gold beads, or tweak the design to fit your home’s decor.
How do I take my finished piece home without it tangling?
We’ll teach you how to roll up and secure your wall hanging safely for transit, along with quick tips on how to comb out and hang your piece as soon as you get home.
What is your ticket refund policy if my plans change?
Because we purchase and prepare raw craft materials based on the exact head count before each event, our refund schedule is as follows:
7+ days before the event: 100% full refund.
3 to 7 days before the event: 50% partial refund.
Under 3 days before the event / No-shows: Non-refundable (though you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend!).
All approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else if I can't make it?
Yes! Tickets are fully transferable. If you can't attend, you can pass your ticket to a friend—just reach out to us via email beforehand with their full name and contact info so we can update our guest list.
